Question  What type of responses are suitable for art work?
I was wondering if interpretations and impressions of art are OK to post as long as they are not critiques.

Thanks.

RE: What type of responses are suitable for art work?
If I am understanding what you are asking......I think that depends on the person who is posting the artwork. You are always free to express your opinions and thoughts here...but if you want to respond to someone elses pictures/art work and interpretate it and you have concerns...ask the person who posted it and go from there. If they say it isn't ok then I hope you would respect that.
Also if you need to respond and the person hasn't responded to the question.....you can always use the spoiler button and write your interpretations/impressions in there so the other person doesn't have to read it if they don't want to. this is IMO. Hope that helps

Thanks, I will see how the spoiler option works. That is a new thing for me.

I did not want to give an interpretation that might be unwelcome on this site, and/or possibly triggering.
