making an album

Has anyone ever tried making a photo album of all their altars?
I actually did that. I accomplished that by defining each personally.
Example: one of mine is named Sarah, she is angry an aggressive. So I googled the word angry, then clicked on images. It showed photos of what angry looked liked. Found a photo of a cartoon little girl having a tantrum an being angry. I kept that photo. I did that with each one. I looked at tons of photos, and I knew the exact photo when I saw it. Now I have an album that represents who I am inside.
T was impressed with the results. It was also therapeutic for me to examine who I really was and to define myself. Now I know what makes me tic.
I have also discovered a new member.

My T suggested that I draw my alters in a sketchbook. It is nice for her to be able to see the inward face of the persons that she speaks with or to whom I refer. It is a very great idea IMO.
