Do you ever feel like you are getting worse?

I swear these days that I am worse off than pre-dx hell. Yes it has been a stressful year but... I cannot focus at all. I am hoping this will change when I am moved.

when we get out beyond a certain stress level everything starts to feel like its unraveling inside, everyone gets noisy, and it starts to feel crowded again. we're past that level now, as we were a lot back in the day, and presumably when external things calm down so will internal things. so, i don't think worse, but certainly we notice the discomfort and camaraderie, which used to be normal when we all thrived on external chaos, a lot more since it's much less common now... this probably doesn't make sense. basically, stress can make anyone feel crazy and you've been dealing with a lot of stressful things! hang in there..

Thanks Nats. My PDoc stated that 2015 was a year in hell when I asked her the same question.
