What we did in T this week

I am sure we have all done collages before. We had the choice of making a future board or a safe board. Where we choose things that make us feel safe and look at it t remind us when we are scared. Here is mine. Some stuff might only make sense to me. You can ask questions if you want but don't have to.

You have no idea how long it took for me to create this board. Copied from photo taken by T. Added photo to my computer collection, couldn't find it. Went through about 5 times before I got it right.

It is one of those days. In room 17 1/2. Call me when they arrive to boost my car.

What a great idea! A safe board. Huh. Our T has been talking to us about finding objects in our home and at work that can serve as a reminder to inside kids and others that we are in the present and safe. (I'm embarrassed to admit that it really hasn't truly registered before with the upfronters that even though they are aware of being in the present, that doesn't mean insiders are. In fact, they are by default NOT since they hold the ab*se.) A safe board is an even better idea for home. We used to do collages a lot when we were first facing our past and the presence of others inside the shell. We love doing collages. Mind if I steal this idea? We won't use the same things, of course.

Not my idea! I posted it with the hopes that it might help other people. We found that doing it with T was a good experience as we chatted about life stuff while we worked. But how you go about it is your call. The board is actually made from wood so we need to reinforce some of the glue.
