I was talking the other day about signs of progress but I wanted to reassure people that I still do stupid things.

Because I have Celiac I have trouble digesting certain things. It is an issue I explore with my doctor. However, yesterday we read on the net that certain foods helped with depression. So when we went for a few groceries last night we got some nuts (cashews). Occasionally I buy very small quantities as I have a tendency to just keep eating. Last night too many fell into the bag but we took them anyway. And sat here eating them until they were all gone!

No they did not improve my mood! My stomach is so upset!
