T question. Hope you can find it.

[The People]

Last session my T asked me something and the answer some gave was food for thought. Ts always see us for more than we see ourselves. Most of them. Anyway, she asked us why we developed in the way that we did. I forget the wording but I think it was something like why we have developed so far beyond the home town crew and FOO.

Our answer: We had to use other parts of the brain that people didn't normally use in order to survive. Otherwise why would we have 102 alters according to Two. We don't know/don't care if this is an accurate number. Two has a lot of details on us but she thinks every word is spelled with 4 letters unless it is a person's name and then there might be 5.

Back to topic at hand. We revved up all of these other brain cells to survive. Once we didn't need to act on survival mode 24/7 the brain that had been wakened still needed feeding. That wasn't exactly how it was phrased but you get the gist I hope.

Does that make sense to people here? Have you developed beyond your origins in a way that is unique and noticeable? In sci fi there would be a word for that but I am not into Sci-fi.
