We have sciatica

Have always had issues around hip and pelvic area. Whe we were re-assembling from the move we had pain that horrid doesn't begin to describe. finally went to doctor. he dxd it. Were already in physio and she said it usually just goes on one side. Emailed friend who has it and she said "most" get it on one side. I have to be the one for both sides. Has taken the wind out of our sails. Volunteered on Friday night. A lot of standing in place and sitting on chair that does not fit well. By end of evening going to washroom was beyond difficult.

At this rate we will have a health issue for every letter of the alphabet except for Z... cannot think of anything for that except for problems with Zs which we do already have.

Went and picked out a new chair tonight. They will assemble for $10 and deliver. We went on Saturday but everyone on the floor was a trainee. The kid tonight was more knowledgeable. We are short stature (not overly so but enough that style of chair makes a difference. I was amazed that the cheaper chair fit better. The other had more bells and whistles but that is less important. We also need a thing to put behind out back and the more expensive one will not work with that. So it was good. And airmiles!
