I didn't mind the Flo years, 'cept for cramps, which could get severe. The vigor of MA exercise pretty much took care of that. Two days of every month were obviously sub-par. I was fortunate because I was generally regular right up to the end.
After I crossed over to the other side (post minipaws), health problems gradually took hold to an unprecedented degree, like an avalanche. So, I'm not enthused with this time of life on a number of levels. Okay, it s*cks, a term I rarely use. Many women do fine though. Hopefully, you'll be of that tribe.
