Amazing session

[Tangled Web]

Today I went to see T and I think that I made a huge break through with my T today. I went in there and finally was able to talk to her about feelings and was also able to tell her the cycle we go through when we start to feel something. And how the panic sets in and we feel paralyzed. It was unbelievable and good and wow all mixed into together. I let her right into our thoughts without any censoring what so ever. I just jumped in. I think I am actually going to be able to work with her. I like her and talking to her. It went unbelievably well today even when it got too deep and intense......it still went ok, I pulled back but it was ok. And the most incredible thing happened, when I got there she had a xmas present for me. I was so surprised and shocked. It was sooooooooo nice of her to do that. She actually thought about US! That amazed me. So it has been such an amazing day. Just wanted to tell yous about it.
