cabin fever

cabin fever, sounds like you need to be on a cruise ship
although no ice or snow, we use a manual wheelchair, and get effected by the weather in so many ways as we are not able to drive (hope it is short term.)
It is currently thunderstorm crazy weather, fine sunny and hot then no warning of pelting freezinng rain and wind. Even the weather people can only guess because from one side of town to the other there are different extremes in one day.
hope your ice melts and the slush moves away easily and you are able to get out soon.
in the meantime, you can look at the pictures on Christmas cards of people being warm and happy in the snow (even on tv they don't seem to get cold!) hehehehe
