can't eat
can't get out of bed
can't stop crying
can't hold back the tide of despair.

tomorrow
the same.

don't know where to turn
they can't mean for me to
suffer like this
all the time
or is this all i have
to look forward to?

there must be meds
something
to make it stop.

i just want it to stop.

can't get anyone
to understand
how bad this has become.
can't communicate.

don't know how to convey
this level of distress.
