The anger is always there. It never goes away. And yet I can't allow it to go away. Without the anger, who am I? Will I even exist? Even though I hate my existence, and I crave nothingness, the conflict leaves me paralyzed, and the feelings build and build, increasing the conflict within until all I want to do is explode.
