Upside down day

It is 4am here and I am wide awake. At about 9 I had a craving for coffee.Normally I only have it in the mornings and don't give in to any cravings. But I was off centre all day and got fed up with fighting things off.

My toe is almost better. Thank God! I am getting a gym membership at low cost and I can start working off some of this restlessness. I even have new shoes that haven't been broken in. I do so much better when I am exercising. And it has been a bad summer for that.

Fractured ribs, broken toe, too much smoke, too hot... Now I will be able to get back to business. Thank God.
