Santa came last night

A few weeks ago I went to a dinner/dance that was a fund raiser for Ukrainian Dancers who were an amazing group of young adults. After 1 too many glasses of wine Grey went around and filled in some of the empty pages where nobody had been. She wrote $10 on the sheets telling our friend that she was screwed if she won them all.

It turned out that we won 2. And it was like Christmas. One was a gym membership. The other was a class for mindfulness. We were ecstatic. We had wanted to start back at a gym but it was not in the budget. Our T will be thrilled that we are taking up mindfulness exercises.I had done some with her but not enough. It is rather hard to devote whole sessions to that subject.
