the exercise thing i can really vouch for in terms of 'hate doing it, always find excuses, but feel SO MUCH BETTER having done it'.

if you can set a long-term goal and just make small steady increases till you reach it, your body and your brain will thank you for it Smile. tracking does make it easier, e.g. by getting a cheap pedometer or fitness tracker and setting a minimum daily target.
