[The People]

I started going to a writing group that was supposedly started by Alberta Health. Found out after I got there. Think it is Mental Health. Opportunity for people to get out.

Week by week it has become more of a self help group with people getting into personal issues. Today I decided I had enough. There are groups all over the city for people to talk about issues with Dad's favorite drink etc. There are groups for everything but DID.

I shall not go back. I lived this 20 years ago. Wrote PDoc about it (as I updated kitty status) and she said I don't have to listen and other things like that. How can one not listen? I went there to write, to learn new tricks. I would go to Al-anon or ACOA if I wanted to get into that crap. As well the leader doesn't help as she gets people started on this line of babble.

Does anyone else get crazy when people bring their personal crap to a table when it is not supposed to be the purpose?
