Yes, it is very overwhelming at first. That's perfectly understandable and normal. It's so, so good that you're seeking support and information. We love this site and have found so much empathy, validation, and solid, positive feedback here over the years--as well as a place just to vent or to simply "be" without having to pretend or hide.
