How have you guys been doing?

This is a historical bad time but while we had bad times, it was so much easier than in the past. So many dark times in the past for this period. Nice to look back and see how far we have come. We have an extra bad day as it is the B-day today. Hold the applause. Please. But we have not been in H in almost 2 decades for the dark stuff.

Sorry this time of year is such bad for yous. I do hope you were able to do something nice for yourself on the birthday.
Looking back is an important part of the healing process-imo. Seeing how far you've come and to celebrate the accomplishments no matter how irrevelent or small they may feel! Staying out of H for almost 2 decades is HUGE and should be celebrated

So maybe if it is difficult to celebrate the B-day-change that day into celebrating your accomplishments Just a thought.

Actually we did Tangled Web. On the day and with friends tomorrow evening. It was a difficult step but a big one!
