So BAD....

This being a BAD time. The Body feeling so sick.We are thinkin it is some of memories and
also a Fibro FlareUp cuz we are so stressed.
Yest an today are SR Days.   So Bad.We can see - we cry for the ba---ies for all the
ch---ren.
It is still happening. How long how long til it will stop.
We HATE this World ! and we do not want to be here anymore.
Wish we could leave.

I'm going through a hard time too. I have felt like giving up. The thing that helps me is to remember the times things were bad in the past and then remember that I got past them. I don't know your exact situation but it seems really hard. Just please don't give up!!! You're a strong person and I know that because people with D.I.D are some of the most strongest people in the world. Think about it; they have to be!!!!!

We usually read several series at the same time. I know it is different Parts who like
different series. We get bored reading only one series at a time.
Wondering if others do this too.
Also we can never just sit and watch TV or movie. Must read at the same time.
Feels like this one Body not enuf.
Like we need more than one set of eyes and one set of hands...
We wonder if others feel this way also.

Often when we watch a baseball game on TV, we also have the radio broadcast on. We easily can follow both at the same time.
