And, by the way, the Jets suck too.

Hey MD's,
I am a patriot fan. crazy game. I was sure I would not survive it. Sports for me is such a great distraction. The TV remote did survive as well, but just barely. Smile

emma19,

We were going to ask you if you were a Patriots fan. Figured that there was a good chance.

Well, at least the final score was close.

Hi MD's,
Way to close for my comfort. I watched the overtime thru the tiny holes of the stitching in my shawl I was wearing. Aaron Hernandez went to high school with my son. They were in the same grade. So it has been very exciting watching him play these last two years.i don't think either team did a very good job Sunday. But there is always next Sunday. We love football Sundays in this house. Build a fire in the fireplace and make a nice meal and settle in for the day. ....and it gives me a safe place to yell a little in a harmless way when I am not peering from behind a blanket trying not to watch. Lol
Take care, emma19

Interesting. Didn't know that Hernandez was a local guy. We think it's great when athletes make it to the big-time by playing for their home team. The Giants' Victor Cruz is like that. We don't know if anyone on the Jets is.

Ya we were real happy when Aaron got chosen for the patriots and then signed. I hope the very best for him. (He lost his dad while he was in high school.) I think he is a great athlete. So if he stays healthy and on the strait and narrow he could be a star I think. Smile
