i tried to stay present
but just kept floating away
i dont really want to deal with younger parts of me
i dont want to deal with flashbacks, memories, depression
it is not fair

Sorry you are having a difficult day. You are correct in that it is not fair. I suppose all we can do in life is go minute by minute.

I can understand what you are saying. I feel the exact same way! I find the younger ones the hardest to deal with at times. I am sorry you are going through this. Sitting with you.

Can relate to those feelings on many levels. Think we all suffer these feelings from time to time. Especially when it comes to our little ones inside as they are so young and innocent! Sorry you are struggling and willing to sit with you as well if you would like until you are feeling better.
