Quitting smoking while in crisis; up to me - Noa - 09-16-2012
I need to quit smoking. Why? Because I'm depressed and psychotic. I heard my pdoc from the clinic say that meds will sooner kick in without large amounts of nicotine etc. So After 1 1/2 day without I decide to quit tomorrow again. With NTR (Nicotine Replacement Therapy) patches xso to say. It contains nicotine but nearly as much as when you smoke.
Just wanted to share and write here when I can, will be going back to the clinic tomorrow morning!

that's really great - quitting can be tough but well worth it! depression is a difficult one - seems to make every step harder! wishing you strength and luck to succeed.

Today is day 1 - and It went pretty good. I'm a bit restless due meds but further I'm doing good
