Have you ever been in one of those spots where you know you're feeling something but it's both covered by a hazy veil and you have no idea what the feeling is?

I can totally relate to that! For me I find the more I try to figure it out.....the hazier it gets and from somewhere I feel like I am about to become doomed..somewhat........or lost or something not good. I HATE that feeling.

Dang, try all the time, if we're understanding you correctly. I always thought I had a good "language" for feelings because of how I educated myself, but going through therapy we've discovered that we haven't a clue when it's our own ..... whatever they are. Quite disconcerting, actually.
