Bad event - The People - 08-22-2020
I went for a nap and then checked my phone. I had my old Facebook site in there. I was half asleep when I opened a message. It was very red dot. And about the world ending. The numbers associated with red dot and other crap.I blocked her and then I lost it. I went on my present page and stated that people had no right to send 'religious' things to me when they don't even know me. They don't know my history, my beliefs, my sexual preferences.Am I tall short, thin fat? And On.
I hate that sort of message but tonight it hit me hard. Why do people do that? I guess they believe that they are 'saving me' with this warning. But they don't know me what I said. I stated that, even if they had a dream that God should send me the message he wouldn't really do that. OMG it was triggering!

that is awful! i, too hate when people post those kinds of things on Facebook, and i don't have the same kind of history as you. i hope you have been able to get settled and feeling less triggered.
