bad things can happen no matter what we do. we can't fix it. all we can do is live so we know at the end that we did our best and honoured our own truths. this life isn't meant to be fair, though i do think in the grand universal scheme fairness happens...

die and come back for us. so of course during that first night we kept seeing that hand reach out and try to grab the little. It took a long time to work through that.
