I had a healthy day! - The People - 09-29-2019
I walked almost 8k steps. I know that 10 is the goal but it beats the 10 steps that I take around the apartment when I don't leave the house. I came home and made a stir fry, using tiny potatoes rather than rice. And there is enough for tomorrow.
It has been a good day. I feel proud of myself when I do things that are healthy!

That's great! It does feel good to attend to ourselves in a healthy way. I hope you can do it again!

in one week i take the exams i've been studying for. it will be an intense three days.
