Our introduction - 9Bears - 03-10-2019
Hi all,
We are currently a system of 9. We have a few littles, many bigs, several ISH's, a couple protectors, some trauma holders, a nuturer, a gatekeeper, a system manager, a mentor and a host (interface between worlds). I am the host, i call myself Me.
Several of us have been aware of one another since childhood. We just recently received the Dx of DID even though we have been in therapy for the majority of our adult life (thats nearly three decades now). Even though some of us are old acquaintances, we haven't always worked together or communicated well. This is what we are currently working on.
I hope we get to know some of you all better.

we too, were in t for many many years before getting the Dx of DID... were you surprised at the Dx or did it make sense to you?

Also from Two. doall yor bears the sae kind there? like panda? or you hav difert ears like broun bear and blak beak there.

First off, thank you for the activation!
Secondly, At the time of our Dx, i was already aware of four other alters and was in regular contact with one of them (we were learning to better communicate with one another). So, to answer your question, not a suprise, it made sense to me.

Where i live, we actually have only black bears. I've seen a few around over the years.
