Weight is back up - The People - 09-26-2018
It makes me so depressed. I haven't been able to exercise since July. PDoc upped my meds a while ago. There could be so many reasons why. A pound here, a pound there and suddenly I need new clothes.

that is something that is so discouraging. we battle with weight issues and hate it when the scale creeps up.

What is really scary is that it was an allergic reaction and I don't know what from. I just assumed that I was fatter but I got up the next day and was 5 pounds lighter and my face wasn't bloated. Scary. If my breathing isn't affected I don't recognize the problem. Time to see the doc again. Thank God (literally) he is patient with me.
