I am so proud of my progress - The People - 05-25-2018
I see my T every 2 weeks. Over the past 2 months we missed 2 appointments without crisis. tonight she and I agreed together that I should back off for the summer. For years I saw someone weekly. Then bi-weekly. And now this! So proud! Progress feels good.

it's wonderful when we can see something in ourselves that is progress... and you can rightly be proud! you've come a long way!

Thanks folks! It was hard work and commitment. We told the T that we worked with at time of DX. She was happy for us too. We worked so hard with her because she earned our trust. That was a hard thing to do. It took a lot of time.
