Nightmare - The People - 11-10-2017
I went back to bed this morning as I was tired.I had a horrid nightmare. Well I think Grey did. I will spare you the details. It wasn't about SA directly but we are pretty sure
it was. It was about the fear, the anticipation of more horror. Watching a friend protect her child while I didn't. (sure it was about inner child/children.) I woke up in a panic.
The only dreams that we tend to remember are the ones with huge meaning behind this.

I'm sorry that you had a horrible nightmare. They are the worst. I hope that you have been able to get some better sleep since then.
We have nightmares every time we fall asleep, so we know how bad it can feel.

We are more prone to them when we go back to bed like that. Some have turned out to be fore runners of flashbacks. I think this was just some emotions that need to be worked through. Probably by Grey - Age 17.
