I don't use my GP (or FP) for mental health stuff. But today I went in to talk with him about something and got into the drama of them not believing me or denying even if they know. He actually said "could you be making it up?"
He is generally a nice doctor and this is not his area but it still hurt. The sister I talked to has no memory of her childhood. A brother has acknowledged some stuff and...
I don't know how to deal with this.

what a jerk. why would someone make that up?
it's a real pain when those we go to for help are not helpful.
i wish i had the magic answer to help you know how to deal with it.

Thanks Mosaic, He is a really nice guy. Just not his area but that is when one should keep their mouth shut.
