Went back to T today - The People - 11-14-2015
It was a very good first session after several months away. We spent the time setting goals re what we want to work on. She gave us some good feedback and here were no hard feelings about us just walking away. Two didn't come out but sent along cat toys we no longer need.
An when we left we asked if we could hug her. An impulsive request and a first but it felt good. When I stopped going I wanted it to be permanent but know we need the support.
