Did a lot of people have things they were afraid of or triggered anxiety thinking it was asthma or something? Then a memory comes out and it is AHA! This is why I am reacting. Sometimes the 2 pieces of the puzzle are immediate like a certain smell that I cannot tolerate. Others don't come together for... years.
