Introducing myself - Flora - 07-09-2015
Hi,
I'm back on MM after (I think) almost 15 years! In that time I closed up due to some conflicts with my T and then I had a baby and broke up with my long term partner. So, I am back with a different name (because I can't remember what my other name was), with a different therapist, single, and with a child who is old enough to not need as much of my supervision. I kind of thought I was done seeking out help with dissociating, but I was wrong. I'm not sure what I'm seeking here except that I feel very alone with the issues that arise daily as I work and date and parent, and I know that people here understand.

Hi Flora...Isn't it amazing how we can go through long spaces of time in our life and sort of 'forget' that we are multiple? I actually thought mine had gone away or had faded out or wasn't really an issue anymore. I see so many of us, myself included, go through this and then suddenly find ourselves back in the thick of our multiplicity. Fortunately, MM is here to catch us when this happens, and we at least have a place where there are others who understand.
