Interesting journalling idea - The People - 12-28-2014
Found it on FB.
Week 17 - Refresh There is something about journal spilling the words in my head and then painting flowers over top of them that leaves me feeling refreshed!
There was a picture of flowers on this post but it didn't copy. I was thinking that it would be great to write all of the ugly words I was called and then paint over them.
