Do what makes you happy - The People - 08-26-2014
MD and I were just talking about this. Finding something that makes me happy lifts the darkness for a while. It is not a permanent solution but nothing is. It is like the rain stopping forever and the earth remaining quenched. But finding something hat keeps the endorphins flowing is such a nice way to break up the day. For me it is hard sometimes as I tell myself nothing matters. But once I get past that I find out that it does mater, does help.
