Still o my wild ride - The People - 08-18-2014
through life, autobiography style. I am just about to enter therapy but had a last visit back east first. I just wrote about a moment where one of my strongest urges to strangle my father hit me and no dark stuff was even happening. I think my mind was preparing to go there and while I was there to see him (he'd been ill) he was the last person I wanted to see as he turned out to be no more ill than usual. Crazy ill.
I shall go and have a bath and put it away for the night. It is very taxing.
And my computer is dying.
