I'm without a T for an extended period of time. Trying not to think about it so I'm not sad. Feeling myself pull back from the outside world. I feel abandoned and would rather just be alone.

Still no contact with him. Feeling abandoned. Pulling away, depressed. Started writing poems again and they reflect my depression.
