hello, Mosaic Minds
i'm new here and hoping to engage in dialogue with an understanding and supportive community. i'm currently untreated but recently experienced a blackout where i apparently switched a great deal of times in front of a friend of mine. i have experienced blackouts for a long time but never knew i was switching during those episodes. i also sleep-talk with my alters, and have done so since childhood. can anyone give advice as to what kind of therapy i should be seeking? everywhere i go wants to treat my PTSD and my depression but never entertain the idea that DID is also affecting my life.
i'm excited to get to know you all, and perhaps feel less alone as i figure out who else i'm living with.
