I just can't seem to get a handle on feeling things.
I don't know how else to say it. That sounds so messed up.
We are not accustomed to having these kinds of feelings. Not really used to feeling anything at all.....numbness has been our friend for so long...not that feelings haven't found a way to creep in now and then because they have but they never stuck around very long.
I feel so drained and unpredictable and lost............
I don't know what to do with what I am feeling........
I don't know how to deal with it either......
I can't even put words to what it is I am exactly feeling......
I can't think my way out of this........
I can usually think my way out of anything......but I can't do it with feelings........
thoughts and feelings don't connect.....there is no connections what so ever! what am I supposed to do with that?
Has anyone ever had this problem? What did you do about it? How did you deal with it?
How do you connect feeling to thoughts?
I can't figure it out......
