Other/All/Unsure   Visualizing
We saw T today. We talked about a memory that we have been reliving over and over since spring when we injured ribs. I am talking 3 months. T got us to do some visualizing. It really helped.

We used to do this a lot. We have trained ourselves to do some but it is better with T. Highly recommend it.

BTW, we also saw a rabbit. Two figures that it has 10% brown hair left. According to her that is 10 days. I hope she is wrong.

RE: Visualizing
we have always struggled with visualizing... maybe it's because we stay in the dark inside, so it's hard to "see" anything. or maybe it's our mother's constant invalidation of "it's just your imagination"... so that imagination is not to be trusted. dunno.

glad it is helpful for you. agree that it would work better with a T

Spend more time with the grand kids Mosaic. I find that they bring out my creative side and that helps me to dream my dreams.
