New - Dissociates - 05-27-2012
Hi. We are new here. Been in therapy for 7 plus years, 5 of those with the same T. Are hoping to meet others here, learn more here and gain support as well as give support. In therapy we are tying to do some memory work and working on cooperation.

Welcome Dissociates! Learning to cooperate makes a big difference. We use T now for our issues that are not about being multiple and are down to once a month. We are on meds for depression and anxiety, so it's pretty much just checking in and managing those symptoms. We see the pdoc once or twice a year unless we need a med change.

Howdy and welcome
. I've been here about 15 years, too, going on 20 in therapy. Lots and lots of changes in all that time. I gained a life, so things go slower in T than they used to. We joke about life interfering with therapy :p.
